Fresh rolls, baked daily accompany the meals .
Ihave found the simplest method is the best
2lb local flour
2oz FRESH yeast
2oz butter
1 pt tepid water
1 tsp. salt
a few seeds to garnish
prove them twice.
I start making these at around 6.15 am and they come out of the oven around 9.15 ( unless i sleep in)
