We are closed Christmas eve , christmas day and boxing day. This offer is available over the new year period with lake view rooms available for £150pp for the three nights
No Dinner or Drinks service during December but the Farmers Pub is 100 yrds away !
We do not accept single night bookings more than 48hrs in advance
Check in time is after 3pm, earlier check in times by arrangement To avoid disturbing other guests the latest check in time is 10pm Reservation ProcedureRooms are reserved by telephoning 017687 72817 and reservations are subject to dalegarth House receiving a non-refundable deposit of £50 per room within seven days, only when you receive your confirmation letter from us is the reservation secure . If you decide to cancel your holiday we will endevour to re-let the room, if we are unable to do so ,or part re-let the accommodation you have reserved we charge 75% of the amount outstanding ( 25% is deducted for food and service not taken ) . For example if the outstanding cost of your holiday was £500.00 and we were unable to re-let the room the total would be £375.00. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No reductions are made for early departures or the first night of a 'no show' as we are very unlikely to re-let the room and food and staffing commitments will have been made already.We strongly advise you consider taking out cancellation insurance, and an example of which can be found on www.cancellationplan.com.Althought this policy offers cover for many outcomes it will not pay out in the event you simply have a change of plan.
